The i Program is available either online or face-to-face.
The program has the option of adding Box-Fit (GLOVES) or Yoga (MATS) to have participants more receptive to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
We offer our i-Program with complementary exercise because it is a fun way to release dopamine (the feel-good hormone), reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) and build teamwork/communication skills.
Any box-fit or yoga components are facilitated by a qualified, insured fitness instructors.

CLIENT CASE STUDY - DAVE

Dave lives with arthritis in both feet and has a hand injury, which has made it difficult for him to find physical work in the past. But Joblife knew there was a job out there for him. During the GLOVES program, Dave found a job in hospitality with The Coffee Club.
