Our sessions are run by one of our team of experienced, qualified practitioners. You're in very safe hands!

2 x 2-hour sessions
The session is typically run over a day 10:00-12:00 and 12:30-14:30, with a 30-minute break for a light lunch,

Takeaway coursebooks
All participants receive a coursebook packed with evidence-based strategies and resources.

Practical tips
Each course book has an appendix with complementary money saving tips and hacks.

All resources provided
Populi will provide all pens, paper and session materials required.

8-12 others
We cap our referrals at 16 and aim to have between 8-12 participants in a given session.

Exploring how stress activates the body’s threat response, triggering physical reactions, cognitive shutdown, and avoidance or procrastination.

Cognitive distortions
Supporting participants to recognise and challenge six common cognitive distortions that fuel financial stress and unhelpful money behaviours.

Habit loop strategies
Understanding how money behaviours are shaped by habit loops, cues, thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and short-term rewards.
