How can participants prepare?

Comfortable clothes
Participants should wear clothes that are comfortable for light exercise.

Towel/water
Participants may wish to bring a bottle of water and a towel for their comfort.

Equipment
We provide new Yoga mats and blocks for safe participation in program activities. These are provided to ensure compliance with WHS obligations. Without these resources, participants would be unable to safely undertake these activities or meet required safety standards. Accordingly, these items are not optional extras, incentives, or bundled add-ons, but essential equipment provided where appropriate to the participant’s individual needs. They are used as therapeutic tools to support engagement, emotional regulation, and employability outcomes and are directly linked to safe delivery and participation in the program’s development and work-readiness objectives.
